The Pop in Your Job:
"Driving out-of-box innovation is not easy, but if you have a vision and you own it, you can convince management to support that journey. People have an innate nature of wanting to do better, which is the first step in adopting and embracing new technology. I consistently look for new ideas and industry trends and develop a compelling vision. I then orchestrate strategies and give people time to think about the ways they can apply themselves. It is my passion for people and the belief that, together, we can do better and deliver to the company’s bottom line success.”
