Christian Effert is an independent consultant and interim manager who provides expert support to young companies in bringing their new technologies to the market. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich, Germany.

Christian has an extensive background in business development and entrepreneurship, collected over the last 20 years. Through working with numerous world-renowned companies, he has gained unparalleled insights into a comprehensive range of industries, with a strong emphasis on simulation and similar digital technologies.

Currently Christian manages the German-speaking territory for RealWear. Before joining RealWear, he headed the Division for Engineering Solutions at metaio, a pioneering Augmented Reality software company that was acquired by Apple in 2015.
