Ezhil Nanjappan is the Senior Director of IoT and Mobility Solutions at Otis. He currently leads the company’s IoT transformation team, which creates integrated platforms and service solutions to lower operation costs and improve service efficiency.
Previously, Ezhil led the development of a suite of custom smartphone applications and deployed more than 30,000 smartphones to field professionals throughout the world.
Ezhil joined Otis in 2001 and spent his career advancing global IT operations, mobile application development, and service transformation. He is experienced in all things digital – from sales force automation and cloud transition to agile development and global program management.
Ezhil holds an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a bachelor’s degree in computer science and technology from India’s Madurai Kamaraj University. He has received 22 global patents.
