Karina is Co-Founder and Managing Director of the Berlin-based software startup Lana Labs.
After completing her Bachelor degree in Anthropolgy and Economics, Karina graduated from the Technical University Berlin with a Master of Science in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship.
She started her professional carreer as a technology analyst in the automotive industry, where she was responsible for technological foresight projects. In 2015 she met her future business partners Dr. Rami-Habib Eid-Sabagh and Dr. Thomas Baier who just finished their PhDs at the Hasso Plattner institute in Potsdam with novel research results for process data analysis. Shortly afterwards the company Lana Labs was established, which is in the market today with the innovative software solution LANA Process Mining, that enables to quickly identify saving potential and business risks in processes.
