Kjeld Jespersen is Head of Digital for the Liebherr Group where he leads the Group’s digital transformation across multiple business units ranging from household appliances to large mining equipment.
Before joining the Liebherr Group, Kjeld was Director, Connected Vehicles for Honeywell/Garrett focusing on vehicle diagnostics, prognostics and cyber security.
Earlier he was the Global Product Manager, Digital Services for Construction Industries at Caterpillar, working closely with multiple business partners to support the commercialization of Caterpillar’s digital product and service portfolio. Previously he held a range of technology focused positions in marketing, product support and distribution positions.
Prior positions include: army officer with assignments in Bosnia and Croatia, held an engineering assignment in the oil industry, sales and marketing related assignments in consumer electronics and advertising as well as organizational development for a major NGO.
Jespersen is a native of Denmark, citizen of Switzerland and holds master’s degrees in Engineering and Business Administration from the Technical University of Denmark and The Open University, UK, respectively.
