Larry Reuwer serves as the head of Global Digital Manufacturing at Bayer Crop Science. In this role, he works closely with internal and external partners to set strategic guidance, define goals, and drive digital transformation within Crop Science manufacturing operations.  His most recent focus area has been to lead the digital transformation of seed manufacturing, a program including investments in the areas of advanced instrumentation, IoT, geospatial field analysis, manufacturing execution systems, and the infrastructure modernization of 30+ seed production plants.
