Manuel Alonso is the Head of KAIZEN at thyssenkrupp’ Norte manufacturing center in Spain. He is leading the digital transformation process and also all the initiatives for continuous improvement at the plant. Manuel has been always related to change, innovation and technologies. He has a solid background in R&D for products and processes not only in elevation business but in automotive sector as well. Manuel has obtained 15 patents in different fields of expertise.
