Sarzil Sarwar is CIO & Head of Information Digital Technology at BAT. He joined BAT Bangladesh as Head of Digital Business Solutions in January 2020. He is experienced and multifaceted Digital Executive with expertise across Telecom and CPG sectors of USA, Middle East, Africa, and Asia. His track record includes developing cross-border ICT and digital organizations through leadership, process, and technology excellence.
Prior to joining BAT Bangladesh, he was the Group Head of Technology Programme and Performance Management at Axiata Group Berhad.
Mr. Sarwar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas and has completed several leadership programs with INSEAD & IMD Business School.

Harshhavardhan Thakar is Vice President of the Robotic Division of H3 Dynamics for 2+ years. As Vice President of the Robotics Division, Harsh is responsible for successful deployment and roadmap planning of the cutting edge automated Drone deployment solution "DBX". Harsh has successfully delivered niche projects for customized requirements in the Defense, Security and Inspection use cases. Harsh is responsible to navigate the regulations for BVLOS and ensure scaling of the solution. Harshavardhan has 16+ years of experience in business development, operations management, strategy, new product development, company foundation and emerging technologies. He has been working in Singapore for the past 5 years promoting cutting edge Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, Drone and Hydrogen Fuel Cell based tech in the industrial automation, aviation, and security space globally. Harsh specializes in scaling industrial products from concept to mass manufacturing, project management and has expertise in Embedded Systems Firmware and Hardware for Robotics, Industry 4.0, Electronics Manufacturing and Cloud Deployments for IoT.
